It is our hope that every player who wants to play at One-Touch Soccer will be able to do so, and we will do what we can to make that happen.  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that every individual/"free-agent" player will be able to find a team, at least not right away.  By filling out and submitting the form below, you can help us in our efforts to get you on the field as soon as possible.  Thanks, and good luck!

FREE-AGENT PLAYER FORM

We are aware that some of you may have previously filled out another form in order to be added to our mailing list.  If you are a free-agent and want to be placed with a team, YOU MUST FILL OUT THIS FORM.  We know there is some duplication and apologize for any inconvenience..

Please read the following before filling out and submitting the form:
     • It is important that you fill out the form IN ITS ENTIRETY.  Leaving fields blank decreases our ability to help you find a team.
     • Please make sure all the information you provide is ACCURATE.  Double-check that your email and phone contact info are entered correctly.
     • We rely on your input to place you with an appropriate team.  Please be HONEST about your experience, fitness level, and playing abilities.
     • We cannot guarantee we will be able to place any free-agent player on a team.
     • DO NOT submit any fees to us at this time.  If we are able to place you with a team, we will contact you and collect fees at that time.
